HOW A Vortex Tube Works
Compressed air (usually 5.0 ~ 7.0 bar) is injected into the vortex tube through the nozzle. After changing the 90 ° direction, it rotates at a high speed in the rotating chamber at the speed of 1008000 rpm and leads to one end of the hot vortex tube. Part of the hot air flows out through the control valve at the end of the vortex tube, and the remaining air flow continues to whirl in the center of the outer vortex The air flow of the external vortex turns into cold air flow and flows out of the vortex tube, while the air flow of the external vortex turns into hot air flow and flows out at the other end of the vortex tube.
